Metasurface Antennas

Metasurface is a versatile tool that allows for precise control of electromagnetic waves, offering possibilities to alter the radiation pattern of an antenna . In this case, the metasurface resides in the near-field of the source antenna (such as single antenna source or phased array), to achieve extreme antenna beam modulation.

In an ongoing effort, my research focuses on the application of metasurfaces to achieve surface-level beamforming with complete azimuth scanning utilizing a single antenna array.
